At Little Urban Vet Clinic, we value all our team members and believe that every person should be equally respected and appreciated. We strive to employ the most dedicated and committed animal lovers. Every employee may not come with the same level of experience, but after being a part of our team, they will be considered the best at what they do. We prioritize training and continuing education and all believe in an atmosphere of learning. We will do whatever we can for our patients and the owners who love them.

We are committed to the environment and intend on providing the best possible care to pets, while being as kind to the Earth as possible. We strive to reduce our carbon footprint by using sustainable materials and making it a goal to reduce, recycle, and reuse.

We want to create a different experience within Little Urban Vet Clinic. We have chosen to create an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion. We believe every pet deserves excellent care, regardless of financial, cultural, or environmental factors. If you come see us, we will take care of you and your pets. No matter what!

Caitlyn

Veterinary Assistant

Ever since I was in 3rd grade I knew I wanted a career working with animals. This passion obviously followed me past my career, and into my house, where I currently live with a menagerie of animals including, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 chinchillas, and around 20+ reptiles and amphibians. In 2016 I graduated with my biology degree from Iowa State University and began looking for my dream job. I worked several different animal-related jobs throughout college, and after, until I began working as a veterinary assistant in Kansas City in 2018. I found it was the perfect fit, allowing me to combine my passion for animal care, science/research, and teaching all into one career. Upon moving to Tennessee, in December 2019, I wanted to find a clinic that shared my same views on treating animals and clients with love and respect. I began working for LUV clinic in October 2020 and believe I have found a wonderful work family, where we all share the same beliefs and goals.

Zamara

Veterinary Technician

I’m Z, I graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Vol- State and passed the VTNE in 2020. My passion for animals, medicine, and science is what led me to the Veterinary Field. I love utilizing Fear Free techniques every chance I get! Singing, dancing, and being the goofy energy at LUV is my specialty but outside of the clinic I’m usually making memories with my daughter and hanging with family and friends.
